Profile Description

I'm currently working as a part time Digital Marketing Marketing Associate for a property rental company where I would respond to possible tenants on Furnished Finder and do data entry where I input information of tenants in our Notion table. I also created a website from scratch using Wordpress Elementor where I installed plugins and also connected its host to the website. Addtionally, I would create graphic design for the social media on IG and FB and edit videos about their properties while doing some copywriting. 
I worked as a freelance Project Manager for a Realtor turned Affiliate Influencer for 5 months where I applied Jason Wardrop's digital marketing strategies within my client's Go High Level account, optimizing lead generation and sales processes. I also created content and edited her long form podcast videos to short form reels on YouTube generating 6k views in one reel and 2.4k views in another.
I worked as a Real Estate VA for 3 years wherein my responsibilities were: communicate with tenants through Airbnb, Hospitable, Facebook, Instagram, and email. Identify customer needs through active listening techniques to initiate referrals to owners. Create property listing descriptions, evaluate the real estate market, research and monitor market conditions and trends pertinent for making sound investment decisions. Create social media design and post content daily on all social media platforms and onboarding clients with their business needs. Do podcast editing, create long form and short form videos for ads, reels, shorts, and youtube. I also do email automation, created funnels, forms, and landing pages through GHL. I also created checkout pages on both ThriveCart and GHL.  
I worked as a Social Media Manager for an e-commerce clothing store and my tasks are to communicate with clients pre and post purchase sale through Instagram and Facebook, engage to the audience and create ads through Facebook Business Suite, create content through Canva and organize for future scheduled posts, record and organize details regarding sales, inventory of products, and keep tabs of delivery. 
I also worked as a part-time researcher for a Youtube content creator. I would gather data on topics appointed to me and create a brief overview of the subjects and then prepare and arrange these in the Google sheets for content. 
Lastly, I worked as a Product Specialist for a medical device company where I would constantly record and revise information about the products I handle, reach out to key stakeholders and introduce medical products and devices, do product demonstration, and maintain a good healthy relationship with healthcare workers and key stakeholders.
