I have been deeply involved in key areas of the procurement process, particularly in purchase order processing. I managed the entire purchase order cycle from start to finish, including creating and tracking orders, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of the goods. Additionally, I am skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all my tasks. My technical expertise also includes advanced knowledge of ChatGPT and Canva, which I leverage for creative and administrative tasks in my daily work. - Maintain data, research, document preparation, add and update supplier pricelists to in-house software database.
- Download GPO from the system and validate the information by performing quality checks in the GPO.
- Monitor and update Purchase Planning based on Forecasting, track and monitor shipments.
- Format the data, troubleshoot, prepare and assign it to specific team via Jira ticketing system.
- Collaborated with IT team to troubleshoot integration issues,
perform system testing, and support partners to our EDI
platform.
- Support the Technical Program Manager regarding technical issues related to order processing, inventory management, shipping logistics and other ad hoc tasks that
may be assigned from time to time.
- Handled all back-end administrative tasks, updating customer account records and modifying their requests or orders via the CRM tools.
- Managed end to end processes and provided customer support through CRM and website tools.
- Oversaw all aspects of PO and data processing, order entry, research and tracking management, SOP updates, and import/export customer data.
- Collaborated cross-functional teams on stock allocation, product availability, billing, invoicing, and timely delivery of goods.
- Highly trained and have extensive expertise with several types of ERP applications such as data entry management tool, order entry management tool, SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, internal CRM and vendor tool, production scheduling, and PO reporting tools.
