Over 10 years of Procurement end to end processes experience,
particularly in Supply Chain and Logistics management and
purchasing, with high technical skills, exceptional time management
and highly proficient using different Erp and CRM tools. I am seeking
a role that will allow me to apply my experience and actively
contribute to organizational growth.

WORK EXPERIENCE

I have worked as a Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist for the last 10 years. I was responsible for purchase order management, supply chain and logistics management and managed any issues related to order processing task. My responsibilities also have focused on administrative duties. I have expertise in document preparation, data analysis, updating client information in databases, conducting audit and research, data entry, data reporting and organizing order-related tasks.
In my previous roles, I have been deeply involved in key areas of the procurement process, particularly in purchase order processing. I managed the entire purchase order cycle from start to finish, including creating and tracking orders, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely delivery of the goods. Additionally, I worked closely with departments like sales, IT and finance to ensure order accuracy and to resolve issues such as payment disputes or inventory discrepancies.
I am highly proficient in using CRM tools such as Asana and Salesforce for project management, QuickBooks for financial data management, and ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, and Oracle. Additionally, I am skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all my tasks.My technical expertise also includes advanced knowledge of ChatGPT and Canva, which I leverage for creative and administrative tasks in my daily work.
