I processed the guest's order, check status, product question, price match, I walked them through the website and process a replacement for damaged items. My next line of business was with a US Healthcare account. I checked the patient's coverage. The usual is I order their prescription, call the pharmacist for medication concern, explained their claims, and any other concerns about their insurance, medication, doctor prescription. Currently, I work as a part-time chat moderator in a dating app. I believe that this Virtual Assistant will be a great success for many years to come, and my work experience and extensive training will help ensure the company succeeds well in the future.
