I am a very hardworking person who has over 4 years of call center experience. I strive for excellence and accuracy when working. I spend most of my time using my computer which gives me a huge knowledge when it comes to computer tools and software like Microsoft spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft word and many more. I also a have a background in sales, and mostly on customer service. In my past, I also used client preferred tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk. These tools helped me in the past when I was doing Data Entry, video editing, and even boosting social media accounts. I am really strict with my deadlines, and I make sure to put it on the top priority before I do anything else. I have no problems with shifting schedules.
