I have been with BPO industry for 11 months, my previous account was at&t billing and programming, once the customer call I was the one assisting them for their programs I was doing basic trouble shooting, changing and adding programs in there account. I also assist them with their billing problems and I was the one pulling up there credit/debit cards if they want to make a payment, I was doing sales as well, I was offering phone and internet. if in case there's problem unsolved and needs a help from the back office I was the one
