I'm Jolo.-I've been in the BPO industry for over 14 years.Yes... 14+ grueling but fulfilling years of having to stay up at night and having to manage and lead.I've been a sales representative, assistant team lead, training assistant, sales coach, and regional account manager.-I lead by example, and I have leadership skills. I am all about consistency. I am a sucker for excellence, and that's who I Upgrade to see actual infoeing results (positive results) for clients makes me feel accomplished, and having to work in the BPO industry molded me to become a person who embraces challenges.-However, I also embrace becoming a Digital Nomad. I have never imagined having to do freelance jobs. It all started as a hobby at first.Trying to earn some extra $$$ on the side.-But then I realized... the opportunity is already right in front of my face. Why not go all in!-I LOVE TRAVELING. Also, I’m into videography -- I love taking videos either for a special occasion or for fun.
