I am a civil engineer who has embraced the virtual assistance industry. I am best suited to tasks involving project coordination and management, but I am also adept on administrative tasks, construction-related procedures, solar power designs, and permits and compliance operations.
Whenever I do my job, I always uphold the standards and never settle for Upgrade to see actual info this way, I do not just compromise my work quality, but I also build productive and reliable relationships with my clients. I consider myself a digital, multifaceted artisan with a wide range of specialties.
As a project coordinator and management associate:- I am inclined to communicate and relay information and operations between several teams and departments to ensure effective execution of projects.- I am familiar with the usage of CRM software such as Salesforce and Hubspot. I am also relatively quick to learn new software if clients have their own ones to use.- I am highly trainable and flexible if I need to be assigned to other projects requiring new setting- I can speak English in good manner, both oral and written.- I am good at using Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.- I can also do permitting procedures with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ), and I am not new to self-service government portals such as Accela and Energov.
As a civil engineer:- I can use engineering software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.- I can read and interpret plans and blueprints, as well as checking them if they are code-compliant.- I familiar with doing manual estimates, and I am better doing them with estimation software.
As a solar designer:- I can design residential solar power designs using solar design applications such as OpenSolar- I also do detailed solar proposals that fit best for client preferences- I am knowledgeable with the schematics of solar power equipment, being familiar not just with panels like JASolar or Suntech, but also with equipment of brands such as SolarEdge, Tesla Powerwall, and LG Chem- I always make sure my designs do not violate any local codes, and will do revisions the right way whenever needed.
