Profile Description

I have been working in a Customer service and IT industry for 8 years. I am an experienced Customer Service Representative, with a history of working in one of the top BPO & ITO companies in the Philippines. I've worked with one of the top technology & networking companies in the world for 3 years where I was supporting their partners and clients through phone, email and chat. We have a wide scope of support, and since it’s an IT company, I always have to be ready for changes. After a few months, due to my excellent performance and the expertise that I have, I was promoted as a Level 2 Agent and a Subject Matter Expert.
 
I am a person whose main goal is to grow personally and professionally. Therefore, after 3 years of working in the BPO industry, I dUpgrade to see actual info to pursue a career in the Tourism industry as someone who studied Tourism. I applied as a Workforce Planning Scheduler at Okada Manila, the largest integrated resort in the Philippines. We are responsible for creating staff schedules and to make sure that we exceed our client’s expectation. 

After almost two years of working with the company, unfortunately, the pandemic started. A lot of people lost their jobs and I was lucky enough to still secure my position even if we’re on a skeletal staffing, however, I realized that it’s not stable to work in this industry, hence, I dUpgrade to see actual info to challenge myself to try new things and test my technical skills while continuing to grow. I joined the Information Technology Outsourcing industry where I work as a Helpdesk Technician II in one of the largest car companies in the world, Stellantis (Previously Fiat Chrysler Automobile). I am handling Windows issue, Software downloads, Hardware issues, Mobile phone issues, Web-based application, Employee Portal, GSuite/Google Workspace, Office 365 and more tools/application that is being used by their employees.  I love to explore new things so I dUpgrade to see actual info to start a freelancing career. Although I am inexperienced compare to other freelancers, I am a very motivated person and ready for any challenges. Even if I have started with zero knowledge in each field, I have always been on the list of top performing agents/employee in all the companies I’ve worked with. I received huge amount of good feedbacks and high survey scores, both from our management and customers.

I am still working hard to improve my skills and learn new things to be one of the best assets of the company where we can grow together.
