-I definitely know how to Find out customer's query by probing effectively . Ask questions that will narrow down their concerns . Listen carefully , let them finish talking and make sure to acknowledge and empathize so you'll gain their trust
- I also check all the resources available that will help me to resolve their query . I make sure that the resolution is a long term one and that will balance both customer and business needs . I set them proper expectation if needed on what will happen next after telling them the resolution
- lastly , I talk to them as a human . I make sure that they'll feel that I'm eager to help them whatever their conern is .
