As an Amazon Product researcher (Online Arbitrage), I have Knowledge in using tools such as Keepa, BuybotPro and SellerAmps (SAS). I am capable of providing good deals depending upon client's given criteria specifically in UK Market.

Data Entry and Analysis: Create order placements while ensuring accuracy and proper formatting of data.

Customer Service: Providing email support to customers and following up on order placement and tracking, refunds and other discrepancies. 

Administrative: Handling inventory, management and distribution of stocks. 

Human Relations: Managing administrative staff and monitoring their resolution on all admin issues in a timely manner; Monitoring staff attendance.

Proficient in using Microsoft office applications, Google Documents and Spreadsheets. I also have experience in using tools such as SAP/CRM for order processing and Zendesk.
