I've worked remotely as a part-time appointment setter/cold caller for US real estate investment companies and realtors for an accumulated 3 years. I have almost 13 years of experience in Customer Support in a fast-paced environment. Ten years in a semiconductor company that helps me acquire all the skills and opportunities of Admin Support tasks. For almost 3 years in BPO, handling inbound calls for 2 of the largest Telco companies in the US. Made sure that every customer's concerns were resolved and satisfied by practicing the, "I can help you with that," attitude. I'm grateful that I was a contact center agent because I've experienced all-around CSR responsibilities from creating and maintaining customer accounts into multiple CRM, explaining bills, troubleshooting, and sales. Called US homeowners using CallTools, smrtPhone, OpenPhone, XenCALL(now ReadyMode), and Mojo dialers to see if they are interested in selling their property, asking them a few questions and documenting the information in CRM (Podio) and sent to Closers/Listing Specialists. In the texting campaign, I created batches, sent 2500 text messages daily, responded to messages in a timely manner, nurtured, followed up, and assigned different drip automation in Launch Control.

Handled inbound calls for Postpaid and Prepaid US Telco accounts. Received incoming, updating details of customers into multiple CRM. Made sure that every customer's concerns were resolved and satisfied by practicing the "I can help you with that" attitude and providing above-and-beyond services.

Worked for 10 years in a semiconductor company. Handled transactions/withdrawals of spare parts. Monitored inventory, exported data to Excel spreadsheets, and updated the database. Planned, outsourced, and purchased high-consumable items on the company's automated requisition system and made sure of a smooth operation in production.
Transcription Experience:
Transcribing audio of the condition of the rental property's check-in and check-out reports, and proofreading using the Inventory base platform.
