Profile Description

With my 8-year experience working as a Customer Service Associate in different call center companies, I believe I already have the ability to do any job that I know  well.  I had been a freelancer for quite some time now and had worked as a researcher( basic and extensive), data entry specialist researching emails, twitter handles, address and contact numbers on the web and compiling them to a spreadsheet, I used different websites and applications needed for this like Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, free accounts of email extractors and many more, also worked as a live chat support using Zendesk when I was working with Teletech, some technical support background, a personal assistant and customer service support, email marketing support using Aweber and also some travel planning like checking for flight deals or tours and booking flights and general VA tasks. I am currently a VA to different clients. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Skype, Google Docs, Basic WordPress, Managing Google Calendar, Pipedrive, Aweber, Dropbox, and many others. I am also good with doing research for products for Shopify and Amazon from Alibaba and Jungle Scout. My other work experiences include working in call centers as a customer service support catering to US clients for over 8 years. I had worked with Teletech, Convergys and EXL Service. In between call center jobs, I had worked  as a freelancer in Upwork but I want to broaden my experience and wanted to try working here.  I've had enough experience working in an office setting as well. I am willing to be trained to be more knowledgeable and be hard-working as ever.
