Profile Description

As Sales/Marketing staff and Manager in bag manufacturing industry, our main task is directly communication and customer support ( verbal and written) to our foreign client investor with regards on their samples, orders, payments, shipments and other related concern inquiries. I handle multiple accounts with different bag category as backpack, daypack, welded bags and ski bags. We also involve on production operation to maintain and secure our product quality.
Additionally, I've been also had a part time job as Branch Manager on CCTV company wherein customer service is the main task to ensure good quality CCTV cameras offer to client.                                                                                            
 As VA/Product Sourcing Specialist that contact supplier through Upgrade to see actual info and negotiate price, MOQ, lead time, good payment term condition and build strong relationship with the vendor. Manage Amazon seller central account for order, inventory, customer review/feedback/messages and FBA returns. Proficient using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS teams, Zoom, Slack, Skype, WhatsApp and Google meet for communication. Knowledge using Upgrade to see actual info software for project management tool.
