I've been in the BPO industry for over 4 years now. I started as a Customer Service Representative for a year on a Retail account, where I received calls in processing and checking order status. Since it was a seasonal account, I was re-profiled to a Technical Account with one of the Home security companies in the US. Then, with the same current account, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Analyst till present.
My experience equipped me to perform according to my client's expectations. I do believe I am capable to perform a job especially when it's related to customer service. My interpersonal communication skills and computer skills honed me to do the job with less supervision.
