My first account in the BPO industry is with Sprint, a telco company in the US and I handled this account for 3 straight years. We handled inbound calls for customer's inquiries, upgrades of their plans, payment arrangements and bill
My first technical support experience was with DELL and we handled customers for small businesses. We answer calls regarding complaints about services, issues with their internet and assistance in setting up their modems. I also worked for support in IOS devices. For me, this is one of the most complicated job I have worked with since it is time consuming and we need to get to the root cause of the issue. That is pretty challenging since there are a lot of factors that can cause the issue of the customers.
Lastly, is with an online gaming account for betting support services. We answer customer's inquiries regarding the status of their withdrawals and deposits. Status and disputes of their betting slips.
