Profile Description

Whether working on academic, extracurricular, or professional projects, I apply proven critical thinking, attentive listening and time management skills. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue a year of work experience on my first BPO company and another 7 months on my last BPO company. I had the privilege of working with two of the most amazing companies here in my area which are Teleperformance Philippines and Awesome OS where I learned valuable professional skills such as conflict resolution, customer satisfaction and time management. But most importantly, aside from having a full-time job in the BPO industry and focusing on my academic life, I was able to manage having a side job which was transcribing for a podcaster. And I really valued the experience and lessons I learned while doing his transcriptions.
