Profile Description

Former Customer Service and Technical Support for a Telecommunication Service, and was able to handle Financial account where we need to talk to customer about their Insurance Coverage. I was also a Retention Specialist to help people who was not satisfied with the service they got, and make their experience even better by providing the solution to their problem. I got a chance to work with Google, as a Winback Specialist(Sales), what we do is creating an Online Presence Package for small business owners and help their business to be on the First Page of Google. I was hired as a Appointment Setter (chat support) for a Real Estate Company for 1 year and 1 month. Most recent work I have was an Appointment Setter for a Credit Repair Company. We reach out to people who needs help with their credit scores.
