* Email Support - Responding promptly and           accurately as possible.                                  
* Tickets Processing - Uses Freshdesk for               ticketing system. Also familiar with Jira.
* Chat Support - Dealing with 2-3 live chats             support at the same time.
* Student Management - Uses Vasto Educator       Software for student management.
 * Computer and Internet Savvy and MS Office        proficient. 
 *  Keen attention to details and spotting errors.
 *   Dependable in report making. 

9 years in an IT company
 *4 years- Data capture operator / Customer              Service 
        -Organized and efficient in data                                gathering and source fil validation.
  *5 years - Team Lead 
         -Overseeing performances of operators                 and tasked for onboarding training.
