Profile Description

I am a skilled trainer who can train regarding the product and communications. I am also proficient with Excel, in creating reports and analyzing data.
Since I was a trainer, I am also used to transcribing since I do that for assessments for communications to determine grammar corrections and also pronunciation issues for trainees.
I was the Master Trainer of my account where I coached other trainers for their development, communicated with Curriculum Developers to check the effectivity of the curriculum based on the trainings and how it could be adjusted based on the trainees and also the culture of the trainees in the Philippines.
I was also an Account Manager in a Real Estate website who manages the accounts of clients, reviewing them to help maximize the account. I also provide them suggestions to help improve their post based on the data of their listings.
Before I was a trainer, I was also a Customer Service Representative who cares for clients concerns and provide them with the best resolution that fit their needs and options to help them in the future. I was one of the best agents on the production floor.
