Since 2015, I worked for couple of companies with different tasks. I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a US company for almost 2 years. Within this range of time, I have acquired various of skills, from listening to bill review to troubleshooting and even sales. The job description for being a customer service advocate has a long list, this includes:
-Helps customer review their account and understand their bill.
-Assist customer in case of damage within satisfaction guarantee
period and give possible solution if outside warranty period.
-Help client getting the best deals that fits to their usage and budget.
-Assist in transferring files, contacts, or cellular phone.
-Assist customer in times of coverage failure.
-Assist customer in troubleshooting phones
-Help customer in any changes on the account (number change,
block/unblock numbers, etc) as long as they pass the security
measure.
In addition, I was an Appointment Setter to a Mental Health Clinic in New Jersey for 2 years, managing inbound and outbound calls for prospective patients.
Through this experience , I was able to polish my skills in customers relation, and multitasking. I learned to become dependable through deescalating supervisor calls and manage to research for options and answers. Learned the importance of confidentiality and to become trustworthy. I am very confident that I have these relevant skills.
