Profile Description

I graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education major in General Education last 2009. I took the licensure examination for Elementary Teachers without going to a review center but merely, a self-study. I had an exceptional rating though of 82% which was higher than people I knew who went to review centers.
First employment, was when I worked as an English Teacher and 6th Grade Adviser in a private school for a year only. I was also the adviser of the school's journal and was sent by the admin to Division and Regional competition as a coach. Since I want to look for something more challenging than ABC's, I, then worked as an online ESL Teacher for Japanese and Koreans. I did more advanced and business English teaching professionals and businessmen from Japan. Expanded my working environment and became a collections associate for a US account and was also a sales account executive for a UK based client. I also worked as a customer service representative for both Australian and US based Telcos. Because I had previous experiences with customer service, collections and sales, I got hired by another BPO company where I worked as what people call here as "super agents". My task was to provide technical support where we needed to inject customer service skills and at the same time to offer upselling and if needed, working with retention department. I love working with customers especially if it involves writing and communication. I consider myself as independent and resourceful yet a team player. Strength I really love the most about myself is, I make sure I see things in a positive perspective. I don't compete to anyone but I do compete with myself which I think is a big factor for one's success. I am more into self-motivation than being too dependent on external factors. I believe motivating myself to work efficiently has a long-term effect on me as far as motivation is concerned.
As a customer service representative and technical support, I can say that I did my job well. I used to get commendations from both clients and customers, so I did not have only once or twice kudos calls but countless. This gave me a passing customer satisfaction rate. As for my sales experience, I can also say that I did well too. My collections experience helped me on how to be persuasive and persistent. My customer service experience helped me on how to build rapport and gain customer's trust. I was glad I was able to work in different accounts since I am able to incorporate all the needed skills for my next job.
I want to be an asset to someone else's company.
