· Manages the daily operations of the Quality team and future growth of the processes
· Builds strategies and systems that assist team members to work toward achieving the goals of the project
· Provides guidance and support to the team members to meet daily as well as monthly targets
· Ensures that operational targets are met, if not exceeded, month over month through insight communication, trend and/or performance analysis, KPI gap analysis, root cause analysis for any missed SLAs
· Drives improvement projects/activities across the various lines of businesses
· Transfers the knowledge and skills learned during the expert training sessions to other employees
· Identify opportunities of improvement and bottlenecks through waste analysis and consistency analysis
