I have over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, starting in an administrative role where I focused on lead generation, research, and project management. I later transitioned into telemarketing and became an Account Executive, managing people and overseeing campaigns primarily focused on Medicare, helping insurance agents convert policyholders. 

In 2020, I switched to freelancing as a cold caller for a finance company, contacting insurance agents to offer warm leads. My success in this role led to a promotion to Supervisor, where I managed a team of cold callers. Most recently, I worked as a cold caller for a brokerage firm, reaching out to businesses to offer savings on their group insurance benefits and scheduling appointments with specialists.
