•In-charge of and execute all ecommerce platform and front-end projects.
•Manage order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
•Uploading new SKUs, photos, description and etc.
•Review sales and inventory on the platform and discuss action plan with BE.
•Monitoring and recommend campaign initiated by the platforms
•Handling all stocks shipping, scheduling and ensuring all orders are ship within their handling time.
•Plan and execute e-commerce activities and marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue
•Coordinate with marketing associate for marketing materials and campaigns,
•Closely coordinate with Key Account Manager of each platform on marketing activities/campaigns.
•Join minor and major campaign related to the brand
•Answering customer inquiries
