I have been a homebased worker for a few years and I have an ample experience when it comes to customer service both voice and non voice. I have been a Chat Support for an Internet Company in the US for 2 years and it gained me skills which were also helpful in the jobs I have worked for before. I have also done appointment setting, mostly business to business.
Some of the skills I have developed are:

Some tools I have used online are Asana, Loxo, Podio, Trello, LastPass MLS, Zillow, Zendesk, Zoho, ZikAnalytics, Aiveera, Shopmaster and Mojo. I have also used Audacity for audio recording and editing. I used Gimp for photo editing.
I provide excellent service with great quality of work. I am confident, hardworking, professional and flexible. I am also fluent in English both spoken and written. I also have good phone and email etiquette. I am also knowledgeable in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
