- 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, providing email, phone, and chat support. On-site (both in the Philippines and abroad) and remote. I know Zendesk like back of my hand.

- 3+ years experience in ESL teaching/ tutoring. I was based in China, teaching young children, junior high school students, university students, and adults

- Started freelancing in 2014. I've worn many hats since then: Copywriter, SEO Writer, Article Writer and Editor,  eCommerce VA, and Social Media Manager. 

- Invested in courses by Rachel Pedersen (social media management), Nick Peroni (eCommerce), Bushra Azhar (persuasion), Raf Marabut of Copywriting Dojo and Mark Pescetti (copywriting)
