I can help the company using my experience in freight forwarding. My 12 years of experience made me more sensitive when it comes to customers' needs. 1. Documentation - I know how to cut a Bill of lading, and send pre-alerts to customers and agents with full sets of shipping documents like BL, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and other shipping documents. I know how to submit an inward manifest to the customs portal.
2. Operations - I know how to arrange bookings with other freight forwarders, consolidators, shipping lines, and airlines
3. Communication - I have a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and other service providers. I have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. I have been in sales since 2015 and I know how to sell the freight forwarding services like import, export, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, packing and crating, and others.
