In 2020, amid the pandemic, I made the decision to transition to a work-from-home setup. This led me to secure my first WFH job, where I found my niche working with business owners in the real estate and mortgage industry. Their trust in my skills and abilities allowed me to excel as an ISA/VA for a Real Estate Broker for 1 year and 3 months.

During this role, I honed my expertise in cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates, effectively supporting the broker in achieving her goals. With a solid understanding of the real estate industry, I played a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Building on this success, I joined a reverse mortgage company, where I served as an Appointment Setter. Worked directly with the business owner, I contributed to the company's success by scheduling appointments with interested borrowers. Through my efficient and effective communication skills, I foster positive relationships and facilitate smooth transactions.
