Hello, I am Upgrade to see actual info. I've been working as a Virtual Assistant since 2020. As an Administrative Virtual Assistant, I gained expertise in Social Media Management, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, and Data Management.

For Social Media Management, I schedule posts and create content. I also managed Facebook Business Pages and other social media platforms and created engagements and ads. 

For Lead Generation, I conduct research by finding potential clients and gathering their necessary information. The best example of this is Facebook Ads, I run Ads and target a specific audience then build an email list from there. Another example is through website visitors, from the landing page personal information is then collected.

 For Email Marketing, I managed and scheduled emails. I create email campaigns and workflows and send text blast messages.

Lastly, for Data Management, I collect and gather all the lead information and then organize and maintain the data either in Excel, Google Sheets, or in the system.

To give you a bit of my background, I am a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree Major in Accountancy. I worked in corporate for more than 5 years. My first job was Administrative Associate at Berlitz Language Learning, Inc. located in Makati Manila, Philippines. In working at Berlitz, I gained expertise in conversation and socialization. I meet different nationalities every day and we use English as our medium of communication.

My second job was as an Accounting Associate and Bookkeeper at Intermodal Shipping, Inc. located in Intramuros, Manila. After almost two years of being an Accounting Associate, I was then promoted to Billing Accountant. In working for five years at Intermodal, I gained expertise in;
