Profile Description

I have four years of customer support experience, handling calls, chats, and emails for U.S. and Australian clients which  really helped me build solid communication skills. I have worked for Citibank US as collections specialist for 2 years and a year as a chat and email support specialist for a well-known Australian electrical and insurance firm. I've been working remotely for the past three years now, helping clients for admin tasks, creating product listings, data entry, lead generation, social media management and sales development.  I'm quite good at establishing relationships with clients with customers and clients. Considering all of my experience, I believe I would be a good fit for any position involving it.
