Profile Description
I worked as a Sales Associate for more than 2 years and eventually got promoted as a Quality Analyst/Evaluator in a BPO Company that handles Sales Accounts. Data entry and attention to detail are one of the required qualifications. Being a Sales associate way back 2016, addressing customer concerns and inquiries by taking inbound phone calls was part of my daily task. This includes, but is not limited to collecting data and entering it in a system for future reference and record, assisting customers in placing their orders, providing the best offer aligned to what the customer is trying to get and upselling for more products and services. When I got promoted as a Quality Evaluator, I have different deliverable. This include, but not limited to transcribing recorded phone calls, collecting data and importing it to Excel to generate insight and reports, facilitating meeting sessions and conduct quality talks and coaching sessions.
