As a “jack of all trades, master of none”, I am always open to learning new skills to develop myself professionally and to be able to deliver quality service.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I schedule social media content to reach our target audience at optimal times. I also create social media tiles for posting. When content for Facebook/Instagram Stories is unavailable, I develop it. I ensure multi-channel marketing consistency, posting content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I prioritise platforms where our clients' customers are most active. I write engaging captions and provide relevant hashtags based on research. Additionally, I respond to inquiries and comments on Facebook and Instagram.
I help businesses improve their website's ranking on Google Search Engine Results Page (SERP) by doing SEO Keyword Research, Technical SEO or On-Page Optimization, and SEO Audit. I use SEO plugins/tools such as Rank Math, Yoast SEO, and Screaming Frog in site auditing. I also generate website content using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, but I always have my clients review it before it's published. I recommend that my clients focus on content written by people, for people, and optimized for voice search. This is the best way to rank well in search engines. We also follow E-E-A-T principles, which stands for Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness. I also check the technical aspects of websites to make sure they're optimized. I create meta descriptions and use H1, H2, H3, and other tags to help search engines understand the content. I also regularly post on my clients' Google Business Profiles. To stay ahead, I keep up with the latest search engine updates and apply them to my clients' websites.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I’ve been using Canva to design graphics for my clients’ social media posts and Facebook ads. I always make sure the designs match my clients’ brand style.
Experience: Less than 6 months
WordPress is the only content management system (CMS) I know how to use at the moment. I manage my clients' websites and their content. I also design landing pages. Before I update WordPress or any plugins, I always back up my clients' websites to avoid breaking them. Sometimes, I do website designing and use Elementor. I don't code.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I run Google Ads campaigns and develop strategies. I allow my clients to set the campaign budget, and I handle the rest of the process. My clients and I review the Google Ads statistics weekly. I continue to watch YouTube tutorials to enhance my Google Ads skills.
Experience: 6 months - 1 year
I create and design Facebook ads, including ad copy. I also handle interest targeting. Before launching a campaign, I collaborate closely with my clients to review the ads and ensure they understand the content. I allow my clients to provide the ad budget, target audience locations, and other relevant information. I then develop and implement the advertising strategy. Sometimes, I have clients review the ads prior to publication as an additional quality check. I acknowledge that I still have much to learn about Facebook ads, and I'm always open to new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
Experience: Less than 6 months
I use Wondershare Filmora and CapCut to edit videos for my clients' social media pages, including YouTube and Facebook ads. I always add subtitles to these videos because it's a common practice in the industry. I also make sure the videos are the right size for each platform, whether it's portrait or landscape. I edit podcast videos and short videos, and while I only know basic video editing, I'm always working to improve my skills.
