Customer Service/ Inbound Sales• Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests• Processes customer orders/ changes according to established policies & procedures• Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Sales and Retention• Deliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty • Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquiries.• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions to retain customer’s account active• Increase the customer experience by providing information on new products, rate plans, and services through up-selling opportunities<8efe80624d780eba0c6493ec45140364>Email and Chat Support• Answering customer’s inquiries from the website by sending emails via outlook• Chatting or answering the customers’ inquiries real-time thru the messaging platform, both the social media apps or from their online accounts
Complaints Manager• Managing customers ' recorded dissatisfaction via chat, call, or SMS. • handles the complaint solely thru Salesforce to offer better options or alternatives to resolve the complainants' issues•Tasks to exhaust all options to make the complainant an advocate again.
Appointment Setter• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role.• Persuasive and results-oriented.• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.• Excellent phone etiquette.
