- Provide pre-check-in information (directions, house rules, etc.)
Booking Management:
- Monitor booking platforms for new reservations (Hospitable, Streamline, Airbnb, VRBO)
- Update calendar availability across all platforms.
- Ensure property details (pricing, descriptions, photos) are accurate and up-to-date
Review Monitoring:
- Track guest reviews and respond to feedback, both positive and negative
- Send post-stay review requests to guests.
Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination:
- Schedule cleaning services after guest checkouts
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for any repairs or property issues
- Use Ring Cameras to monitor property access and Schlage, Sifely, Kwikset and August Locks to grant or revoke access to cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests from guests.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate weekly reports on booking performance, revenue, and guest satisfaction using data from Hostaway.
- Track property expenses and ensure they align with budget expectations.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of guest supplies (e.g., toiletries, essentials, cleaning products).
- Order replacement supplies as needed.
