I'm a Customer Service Specialist with 5 years of experience through phone, email and chat support across US and UK. Handling customers issue and provide solutions. I was assigned to a different line of business especially billing and sometimes technical issues. I am willing to learn and adapt a new techniques on how to improve my customer service skills.
