I've been working in a BPO Industry for almost 9 years now and I had the chance to work with different campaigns/projects before under Sales, Billing, Technical, Appointment Setting, and in the Medical Field. It's my pleasure in applying for your job post because I believe that this is something that I can do. I am also passionate and serious when it comes to my work and I am a type of person who values time and integrity. I consider myself as a person who loves to take challenges and would love to explore new learning. I am willing to undergo training and refresher if needed for me to improve all my rooms for improvement. I've learned a lot and had the chance to prove myself many times already and successfully received commendations before that made me better and was also given the chance to handle my own team. My last project was with CollectionsEtc which is an Order Entry/Customer Service Campaign.

I am always ready to face challenges in life and I am an optimistic type of person. I can easily get along with others so I believe that is one of my strengths and I also have strong management and time skills. I am the eldest among 4 siblings and I am the breadwinner of my family. I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English but sad to say I wasn't able to graduate because I needed to work early to support my family when it comes to financial aspects.
