Profile Description

For 8 years, I was employed as a Customer Service Representative for different Businesses based in the United States, Canada, and Australia. I have experience in handling Telco, Flight Reservations, Banking and Finance, and E-Commerce. For 8 years I was one of the Front liners for their businesses. I was an Inbound Customer Service that handles queries and complaints.
Aside from working as a Customer Service Representative, I also worked as a Virtual Assistant/Freelancer for various Line of Businesses. To name some, I was employed with a Real Estate Business that handles the Titles. With this role, I was trained on how to create and or draft Land Titles. Some of my clients before also asked me to make some cold calling for prospective sellers. I also worked as a Website Designer for Health and Wellness and Women
Empowerment Website. I tweak and redesign their existing websites by re-branding it. For the Women Empowerment Website, I also handled their different Social Media Sites. Aside from handling their Website, I am also designated as their Social Media Manager. My role is to put/take down some content, send some Newsletters to their clients and make sure that we generate more sign-ups. Aside from that, sometimes I also handle the personal transactions of my clients. I work as their Personal Assistant in which I make Hospital Appointments, call their respective financial institutions, cable and telco companies, and the like. I've been with this business for almost 5 years now.
My very first bread and butter and serves as my Part-time job is as an ESL teacher or Tutor. I am a teacher for almost 9 years now. Most of my students are from Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Japan. I teach Grammar, Pronunciation, IELTS, and TOEIC.
I can say that I am a Jack of trades type of person/Employee. I am very keen on details and Upgrade to see actual infoivers what is asked of me ahead of time. I don't aim for perfection but I aim for the best.
