Profile Description

I have been a customer service specialist for some of the biggest banks in the US for more than 15 years. I handle inbound and outbound calls and I also interact with customers through chat and email. My experience in these roles have deepened my understanding of customers and on how to provide world-class customer service.
As a virtual assistant, I am proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and management, appointment setting, email and calendar management and research. I am also well-versed in using applications like MS Office, Gsuite and other management tools. 
Aside from these roles as a VA and customer support, I freelance as a content writer. My niches include travel, lifestyle, health and wellness , automotive and real estate to name a few. I also do SEO content writing, proofreading and copywriting.
I have a keen eye for details and I can work with minimal supervision. I'm organized, hardworking and extremely  dedicated to my craft.  With my specialties and skill set, I believe I have what it takes to get the job done efficiently and effectively and bring success to any organization.
