I am a Licensed Architect with 3 years worth of field experience. 
My architecture-related skills include:
- 3D Modelling using SketchUp
- rendering using Vray software
- Architectural drafting using AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable in architectural design and interiors
- can provide research, design ideas, and consultancy
- Mood board creation and presentation

Architect, 3D Rendering and Interior Design Skill Set:
- Has working knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Vray applications for design and drawing presentations- 
- Has experience using Photoshop for post-render editing and final production- 
Has experience in construction site supervision- Can do project coordination with clients, suppliers, and other allied professionals 
- Has experience assisting an Interior Designer in preparing Material Swatch Boards and mood boards; sourcing of materials, furniture, and finishes
- Has experience presenting design proposals to clients and owners

Virtual Assistance Skill Set: 
- Can communicate well in English both written and spoken
- Has working knowledge using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Has experience working for a Philadelphia-based Real Estate company as a Remote Assistant. Primary roles include creating marketing materials in Shutterfly and brochures using Photoshop, rental management, and tenant relations. 
- Can do research, data entry, email correspondence
- Has experience using Google apps like Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Gdrive etc.
- Can use Asana, Toggl, Airtable and Upgrade to see actual info

Social Media Management Skills:
- Has knowledge in social media moderation and making creative visual content for promotional purposes
- Can collaborate with website design and content using Upgrade to see actual info. 
- Can create graphic content using Canva for Social Media Postings
- Can create ads using Facebook Ads
