-My expertise extends across various communication channels, including phone support, ticket handling, chat/messaging, and email support.
-Embarked on a journey to expand my skill set by delving into logo design. Actively trained myself and even had the opportunity to extend my skills by crafting a logo for a friend's start-up business, free of charge.
-Diving into a sales career and indulging the madness in the environment you were not accustomed to. Making it worthwhile staying in an unfamiliar but challenging environment
-Managed social media and websites by putting an effort to post, joining different communities and responding to messages promptly. Posting ads that are suitable for the business.
-Involving myself in inventory management across various outlets in different locations, even beyond my comfort zone, I managed to find solutions to the challenges that arose.
-Acquiring skills is inevitably challenging; however, making the most out of the ordinary by joining communities and learning about website development and SEO's for free is invaluable.
-Working my way in the airline industry and managing home listings during the pandemic were undeniably challenging situations, worsened by frequent personality conflicts. Despite compromising my mental health, I managed to find solutions to every issue and make the impossible possible.
