I have been in the industry for over four years now. I'am fully equip with the knowledge in handling and working with our customers need, and providing them with customer satisfaction. I also have a background with the technical support in terms of troubleshooting TV, Internet and Landline service. I worked with Dish TV which is one of America's top TV subscription provider. And with Telstra which is Australia's number 1 leading provider in terms of Internet and Mobile Phones. I am highly trained in maintaining customer relations and providing high quality customer service. Working with this two giants in term of customer handling thought me well and shape me of who I am today in providing customer satisfaction. I can not imagine myself doing any other job aside from providing support for our customer. I also consider myself a hardworking person because spend much of my time at work. I am willing to give my time and effort in doing things. I also always make sure that I give my 100% in doing my job to satisfy my superiors. I am looking forward with working with our clients and provide them a quality service for their business.
