Profile Description

-Create and Manage custom objects, fields, custom apps.
-Expertise in preserving the integrity of data from MS Excel to Salesforce
using Data Import / Apex Dataloader and monitor the quality of the data.
-Develop and Maintain Validation Rules.-Work as a part of the Chat Team which handles cases for different teams.
-Responsible for continuously optimizing Salesforce by configuring, setting
up and improving the use of platform while aligning to the business
requirement.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Upgrade to see actual info capabilities, newly
released functionality, Salesforce administrative tools and Salesforce
Appexchange offerings.
-Responsible for interpreting business requirements and configuring
Salesforce to meet business needs.
-Ongoing documentation – produce and update existing Salesforce
documentation for colleagues and customers. This helps to keep on top
of new developments and future Salesforce releases and enhancements.
Communicating with customers and colleagues regarding new
developments, support etc.
-Data cleanups – Remove duplicate Accounts and Contacts by merging,
mass updating and will also import data using import wizards e.g. Data
import wizard, Data Loader etc.
