• Perform end-to-end bank reconciliation Process for GT’s bank accounts such as BDO Solo, Payroll Accts., Credit Card, Over Counter (OTC), Revolving fund bank accounts, and Business Centers Accounts.
• Prompt disposition of book and bank reconciling items (undeposited collections/DIT, unrecorded bank CMs/DMs).
• Create journal entries and adjustments affecting cash transactions.
• Monitors receipt of/follow-up of needed bank documents and account details to record cash account transactions and adjustments.
• Provide a monthly summary of bank recon status and aging report of cash reconciling items for higher management perusal.
• Process requests for condemnation and posting of entries for asset disposal/write-offs every month based on approved supporting documents.
• Reclass assets from one master record to another when there are changes in the asset class or business area and update the asset register for any changes in the depreciation key, location, cost centers, and asset tags.
• Ensure that all changes are evidenced by proper accountable forms.• Prepares regular FA accounting and ad hoc fixed asset schedules/reports not readily available from SAP.
• Monitor accounting and safekeeping of all fixed assets accountable forms.• Monitoring compliance on procedures to monitor and update accountability on tools and equipment of employees.
• Assist in providing accurate and timely information as may be requested by other departments.
• Support team leader on special projects and process improvement projects.
5. Financial Executive (FA)

• In charge of broadening the customer base of Metrobank and provide assistance to clients by offering bank products that cater to their needs, resulting to greater sales and profit for the company.
