I'm a B.S Information Technology graduate but currently working in a BPO industry for
almost 6 years now. I started as a customer service representative. I was with a credit card and Telco accounts
assisting customers with billing and services concerns. My current role is a Team Leader and is responsible for the team's overall performance which is an advantage because it teaches me how to be patient, flexible, multitask and most importantly analyzed how to help a certain employee find success in the industry . I was also a
Quality Analyst before I became a Team Leader and was able to gain skills on how to be keen with details and provide feedback to employees.
