Profile Description

Day to Day Operations:
• Monitor and Create Product Listings
• Troubleshooting Listing Issues
• Handle Customer Concerns and Queries
• Pricing Optimizations
• Creating Coupon, Deals, Lightning Deals, or sales off.
• Negotiating and Coordinate with Supplier
• Manual Order processing

Shipping:
• Create FBA shipments (manual and bulk upload)
•  Generate FBA Shipping Labels, Pallet Labels and Product FNSKU labels
•  Coordinate with Suppliers, Freight Forwarders, and Warehouse Managers
•  Arrange Shipment through Amazon Global Logistics
• Track and Monitor Shipments to Amazon
• Resolve Shipment Discrepancies• Request Investigation and Reimbursement for Damage/Lost Goods

Inventory:
•  Calculate the Monthly Order Quantity
•   Prevent Out of Stocks and Excess inventory in Amazon
•  Track and Monitor Sales velocity
• Track Amazon Inventory Performance Index (IPI) score to maintain the threshold
• Monitor aged inventory and storage costs
• Create Removal Orders
