I had a call center experience and so was able to persuade customers on the services we have offered and sometimes we do sale. I was also helping clients some basic troubleshooting. I gave them assurance by giving them resources or giving them credits (if necessary). I was also a part of a growing website designer team. I have an experience in designing website and making it more professional and more catchy for the visitors to fell in love with. I was able to use photoshop and Canva and WordPress as a basic software for website designing. I also got a course in Coursera as an SEO expert because I want to know more about it. I am currently a cadet engineer since I graduated as a Mechanical Engineering but planned to resign this coming August.
