Profile Description

I am a person whose willing to learn new things. I have several years of work experience that I believe have prepared me for this role. The job preferred me to have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. I’ve been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years as a customer service representative, technical and email support and up-selling products.  In my previous job, I multitask like talking to a customer while navigating the tools and searching for answers to a customer's problem. It is also my responsibility to provide quality instructions or responses to be able to resolve the customer's issue so I can turn them into buying new products and services. Aside from working in a BPO industry, I also had experience taking a home-based job as an appointment setter for almost 2 years. Being good at the appointment setter role requires some skill development and I am completely comfortable with reading scripts, not reading in a rote manner, but using it to guide a natural conversation with the potential customer. I'm diligent about follow-ups and ensuring that appointments are set and confirmed promptly. I prioritize building rapport and trust with potential clients, ensuring that their needs and preferences are understood and addressed. I'm adaptable and quick to learn, allowing me to stay updated with industry developments and adjust my approach accordingly to maximize results. Overall, my combination of communication skills, product knowledge, persistence, organization, customer-centric approach, and adaptability makes me well-suited for the role
