Profile Description

I was a Technical Support Specialist, able to set-up a small Networking Environment. I was with Technical Support for a year, assisting customers fix/set-up or Configure with their routers, adapters and other networking devices. I was also a Sales Specialist for almost 5 years, assisting customer with Pre-sales inquiry , and placing an order over the phone or through Live Chat. I also worked as a Technical support representative for a cable company for a year. I also worked as a Back office representative, processing return and refunds via email, was then transferred to the Fraud department, calling customers to confirm if they were the one who made the purchase, doing background research online as well.
