Profile Description

I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for six years now. I’ve experienced handling phone calls, emails and even chat. Being in the BPO industry, I have developed the ability to communicate and deal with different customers. In my role, its been always my priority to provide a quality and excellent customer service experience. I’ve been with different accounts which are Satellite Radio ( SXM ), Mobile ticketing application, Financial account and Telco. Being with these accounts helped me improve my organizational skills, analytical and critical thinking skills. It also extended my knowledge on how important it is to be open and professionally work with others. I am competitive and can work under minimal supervision. I am also willing to be trained and have new learnings that can expand my capabilities. I don’t easily give up. I always give my best shot.
