Profile Description

At my previous job, I was responsible for generating leads for our clients by extracting leads from various websites (Propstream, Realeflow, Roddys, Batchleads, and Propelio) and using Fiverr and IDI (Interactive Data, LLC) to skiptrace them. After the skiptracing process was completed, the data was transferred into Excel for mapping. This portion of the work is crucial since we ensure that all of the lead data is in the appropriate column and that the data is accurate and genuine. I have worked for LoneStarHomeBuyers for three years, and once the mapping and spreadsheets are ready, we will upload them using Upgrade to see actual info, which is the primary system that the agent uses to collect leads. I briefly worked as a Transaction Coordinator, ensuring that all the buyer and seller signed and initialed the documents after the property was under contract. I also followed up on the Earnest Money Deposit and made sure it was submitted on time. To now, I have been able to complete the chores of scheduling and confirming the inspection.
